New Outdoor Ceremony Site Coming Soon To Wrenwood Ranch

We are excited to start one of the newest additions to Wrenwood Ranch the Outdoor Ceremony Site. As our 14-acre estate in Johnson City continues to grow, we wanted to provide couples with another option for their wedding day. This new space offers a clean, structured environment for vows and receptions, tucked right into the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country.
The outdoor ceremony site will start in March 2026 and will be completed shortly thereafter. The outdoor space will be completed for weddings and events in May 2026 and June of 2026.
A Functional, Modern Design with the Ability to Customize
This site is being built to offer a Rustic backdrop that works for both casual and formal weddings.
The Aisle:
This aisle is designed to be extra wide.
It will have plenty of room for a father to comfortably walk his daughter down the aisle without feeling crowded.
This allows ample space for aisle decorations—like lanterns, floral, or greenery—without obstructing the path.
Custom Wood Arbor: The ceremony space features a designated area for your altar.
Couples may be alloudto bring their own Arbors.

Surrounded by Nature: The site is positioned in a natural clearing, bordered by a dense stand of live oaks. This creates a private, quiet atmosphere for the ceremony while providing excellent natural lighting for photography.
Ample Seating: The layout will easily accommodate 150 white folding chairs

The biggest advantage of this new site is its location. It is situated within short walking distance of the Wedding Venue.
This will allow for:
Seamless Transitions: Your guests can walk directly from the ceremony to the cocktail hour without needing to move their cars or wait for shuttles.

Logistical Ease: Vendors, planners, and the bridal party can move between the ceremony site and the main hall in just a couple of minutes, keeping the timeline on track.

On-Site Lodging: We have seven cottages on the 14 acres walking distance from the venue and upcoming outdoor ceremony site (including pet-friendly options). Your family and bridal party can stay on-site, making the transition from the "getting ready" phase to the ceremony effortless.
Proximity to Fredericksburg: Located between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, your guests are minutes away from local landmarks like William Chris Vineyards, Garrison Brothers Distillery, Siboney Cellars and many other Top Texas attractions.
